Aubergine and hummus wrap

Ingredients:

1 piece of flatbread
1/4 cup of hummus
1/4 cup of baked aubergine
5 olives
a handful of lettuce

How to make it:

Spread the hummus over the flatbread. Chop up the olives. Lay the lettuce leaves on the flatbread, add the olives, then lay on the baked aubergine, and wrap it all up.

Vegetable wrap

Ingredients:

1 piece of flatbread
2 tbsp hummus
1/4 cucumber
1 tomato
5 olives
1 carrot
Some herbs

How to make it:

Chop up the cucumber, tomato, olives, and carrot. Spread the hummus over the flatbread and lay the rest of the ingredients onto it, then roll it up.

Greek wrap

Ingredients:

1 piece of flatbread
1 cup romaine
1/4 cup Feta cheese
1/4 cup chick-peas
1/2 cucumber
1/4 red onion bulb
2 tbsp tzatziki sauce

How to make it:

Boil the chick-peas for about two hours. Add salt 10-20 minutes before they’re ready. Pour out the hot water and fill the pot with the chick-peas in full of cold water. If the peas are still too hard, boil for another 30-50 minutes.

Dice the cucumber, onions, and Feta cheese. Spread the sauce over the flatbread and place the cucumber, onions, cheese, peas, and romaine on top, then wrap it all up.

Hot wrap with beans

Ingredients:

1 piece of flatbread
1/4 cup black beans
1 avocado
1/4 red onion bulb
1 tbsp hot chili sauce

How to make it:

Soak the beans for 8 hours, then boil them for 20 minutes. Pour out the hot water and allow them to cool. Chop up the red onion and avocado into large pieces.

Lay the ingredients onto the flatbread, sprinkle it with the chili sauce, and wrap it up.

Spicy chicken wrap

Ingredients:

1 piece of flatbread
1/2 chicken breast
1/4 cup boiled chick-peas
parsley, oregano, lettuce leaves

How to make it:

Boil and chop up the chicken breast. Mix the peas, parsley and oregano with yoghurt. You should get a thick and tasty sauce.

Spread the sauce over the flatbread, lay the chopped up chicken on top together with the lettuce leaves, and roll it all up.

Caesar wrap with trout

Ingredients:

1 piece of flatbread
3.5 oz (100 g) lightly salted trout
1 tbsp parmigiano
1/2 cucumber
a handful of spinach
3 oz (100 ml) natural yoghurt
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp mustard
1–2 tsp lemon juice

How to make it:

Cut the cucumber into strips. Slice up the fish.

Make the Caesar sauce: mix the yoghurt, garlic, mustard, and lemon juice in the blender, then add a little salt.

Spread the sauce over the flatbread, lay the spinach, cucumber, and trout on top, sprinkle with the grated parmigiano, and wrap it all up.

Turkey wrap

1 piece of flatbread
3.5 oz (100 g) turkey meat
2 tbsp hummus
1 tbsp goat cheese
a handful of spinach

How to make it:

Boil and slice up the turkey meat.

Spread the hummus over the flatbread. Chop up the goat cheese. Lay the turkey and spinach on the flatbread and sprinkle it with the cheese, then wrap it up.

Tuna wrap

Ingredients:

1 piece of flatbread
1/4 cup natural yoghurt
3.5 oz (100 g) tinned tuna
1/2 celery stalk
3 slices bell pepper
a handful of spinach
1 tbsp lemon juice

How to make it:

Chop up the celery and the bell pepper. Spread the yoghurt over the flatbread, lay the tuna, veggies, and spinach on top, sprinkle with the lemon juice, and roll the wrap.

Curried chicken and pear wrap

Ingredients:

1 piece of flatbread
1/2 chicken breast
1/2 pear
1/4 natural yoghurt
1/2 tsp honey
1/2 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp curry sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp cranberries

How to make it:

Boil and dice the chicken breast.

Mix the yoghurt with curry sauce, lemon juice, honey, and mustard.

Mix the sauce with the diced pear and chicken. Add fresh or dried cranberries. Lay out the stuffing onto the flatbread and roll it up.

Savoury shrimp wrap

Ingredients:

1 piece of flatbread
6–10 shrimps
1/4 avocado
1/4 cucumber
1/4 cup natural yoghurt
1 tbsp lemon
1 clove of garlic
salt and pepper

How to make it:

Boil and peel the shrimps, dice the avocado.

Now make the garlic sauce: grate the cucumber, crush the garlic, add salt and pepper, then mix it all with the yoghurt.

Spread the sauce over the flatbread, lay the shrimps and avocado onto it, sprinkle with the lemon juice, and wrap it all up.
